How to create an account

Creating an account is simple and easy. All you have to do is enter your contact details.

Lost your Password?

We can help you recover your password by sending it to you via email.  Go to My Account and click "forgot your password".

Changing your account details

To change details associated with your account, sign in to My Account using the e-mail address and password currently associated with your account and click Personal Data.

If you change your e-mail address, all subscriptions and communication preferences will automatically be associated with your new e-mail address.

If you change your address information these changes will apply only to orders that you place in the future. If you want to change the shipping address for an order you've already placed, please email ecom.nz@icebreaker.com - this will only be possible if you order has not entered the shipping process.
